Web Designer Pro. Has anyone lost templates once the update ended?

All the templates.. I had are gone. I went in today to get some inspiration for a design and noticed the templates are missing. I clicked (more online) link and it takes me to this page which wants me to update. I am aware that there is not a new version available. I have NEVER had this happen before. If I uninstalled and reinstall does it replenish the program templates or is this a situation of - you need to upgrade (pay) to use all the templates provided. Didn't I already pay for the ones that aren't being upgraded as of yet?!

My version is Xara Web Designer Premium 17.0.0.58775 DL x64 Mar 17 2020.

If the Update Service expires, you can still use the program, template and widgets used in an existing website, however you do not have access to new templates or widgets.

The Update service provides access to new content, patches and upgrades.

See this document explaining all about Update Service and more. It comes from the first message of this thread on the Talk Graphics forum.

You have access to the on-line catalogue for 1 year from last payment. As part of the Update Service, during that time, you can download everything for off-line use. A month or so before the expiry date, you are warned that the Update Service will soon expire. Upon expiry of the Update Service, you no longer get access to the on-line catalogue. It is up to you to download and backup everything that you can from the on-line catalogue before expiry if you do not intend to renew.

If you have to reinstall, your version will be rolled back to the version available when you last paid. This is clearly spelled out in the details of the Update Service. If you did not back up the downloaded stuff from the on-line catalogue, it will likely be lost.

I know that Web Design Pro is a great program. Can anyone tell me if XARA DESIGNER PRO X has the same features as Web Design Pro or should I continue to wait for a few weeks until the latest new software is release.
