Web Designer Premium: Mobile Version Creation Malfunctioning

  1. I wanted to create a NEW website from ONLINE CONTENT
  2. I selected the ARCHITECT website layout - OPEN
  3. I then created a MOBILE version (480 pixels wide, etc.)
  4. The mobile version generated was IDENTICAL to the PC version - 980 pixels wide
  5. I need to use this ARCHITECT template today for a client.  What am I missing?  I've never had this trouble before - it usually works great.

Please help ASAP.

What were you viewing the mobile site on - the computer web browser or mobile device?

What you see is based on the viewing device - there is no 'independent' mobile version of the site, there is only one site and the differences are managed by the styling sheets (CSS) adjusting what you see for the detected screens width and changing the menu styles.

Please note using capitals is not good forum etiquette, it is considered as shouting.

I know this is a forum - my real question - How do you contact Xara Web Designer Premium "Tech Support" (Magix...?)? Is there an email address for their tech support that doesn't get rejected? Thank you, sir.
