as soon as i open the software and than click in File than New from content catalogue , message appear

"EROR message

There was a problem navigating to the webpage. if the problems persist please contact support"

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

First, can we clarify exactly which Magix product you are asking about? You chose Xara Designer Pro as your product area but then titled your post Web Designer Premium. Which do you have?

Then, since access to the online catalogue is dependent on you having a current Update Service in place, can you confirm that your Update Service is still fully paid for?
