VPx4 Editing upside down ?

Hi,

I have placed a full clip on the top track, copied and pasted bits onto track 2 and also track 3.

I have muted vision and audio in track 1 and closed all my clips together on 2 and 3.

So far so good but..

I want the track 2 clips to be the primary and take precedence instead of the default track 3.

How can I do this please?.

I don't want to have to cut and paste all clips from 2 into track 4 if there is another way.

Thanks

Hi

. . . . I want the track 2 clips to be the primary and take precedence instead of the default track 3. . . . .

Move all the clips on track 2 to a higher number track eg in your case track 4 - empty tracks are ignored so there is no need to move the other tracks around to fill vacant ones.

Precedence is always the higher track number is on top, track 1 is effectively the background layer.
