Voucher not working

I purchased a Hip Hop, Soul/R&B and Funk voucher worth $19.99 through Humble Bundle. I am trying to get Arabian Hip Hop, which is only worth $13.67, but when I put the voucher code into the coupon field it says "This voucher cannot be used for the selected item." There is no indication of any limitations on downloads except that needs to be within the Hip Hop category, which this one is listed under (and it even says Hip Hop in the name). I was able to download another Hip Hop soundpool without any issues using my other voucher code so I don't know why this one won't work.

@digmybones Arabian Hip Hop is a loop pack by Big Citi Loops and not a Soundpool by Magix. That's why it isn't working.

Although you are clearly having a problem with voucher codes your post is really asking a different question to the one this thread is about. So I have hidden it.

Just for your information, Magix do not offer any telephone support. All support is via this forum or through a Support Ticket system.

Please start a new thread with your question, making sure to include details of exactly where you obtained the voucher codes.
