@Josh-Spurling Maybe you just need to reboot ACID or your computer?

It could help to uninstall the instrument and to reinstall it. To unistall it open Windows Apps and Features and uninstall Magix Content and Soundpools. This will open a window where you can select this instrument. Then restart ACID and redownload it.
