Videos are pixelated after rendering (Vegas Pro 15)

Hello everyone,

I am using the Vegas Pro 15 suite for my youtube channel. My camera is a Canon G7X Mark II. The camera settings are always on 30fps (or 29.whatever is it) and 1080p. When I edit my video in Vegas, I make sure the framerate matches and all that and choose "best" for rendering quality. I also sometimes render in 4K hoping it will increase the quality, but what is happening is the video becomes pixelated especially as I turn the camera during scenes (when I physically turn it that is).

Does anyone have any tips to help me make better quality videos? I'm still new to Vegas, upgrading from Windows Movie Maker (yuck, right? lol) so I might not know all the little tricks in Vegas to make my videos better. I just see a lot of other youtubers who use the same camera as I do and their videos are always crisp and clean looking.

Thanks in advance! :)

P.s. let me know if you need more info on this, I usually don't request support and try to figure out things on my own but this time I am stumped. I might start recording in 60fps because the video looks better...
