I have Video Easy RYVT Version 2 on a Windows XP laptop. That laptop is dying. Can I get the software or an equivalent using my license onto a Windows 10 machine?

I suspect it is highly unlikely that such an old version of the product would work under Win 10, sorry.
I think you will need to look at purchasing the latest version. The web page for Video Easy is here, though it seems it is now subscription only?
Rescue Your Video Tapes is now a separate program and it seems that Magix no longer sell it. However, I have seen it listed on Amazon, so that might be worth your while to investigate?
