Video Deluxe 2016 Plus: Editing/Exporting vertical videos for IGTV?

Hi,

is there any glue or later software version/update for vertical videos?

Unfortunatly Video Deluxe 2016 Plus does not support any vertical video formats.

That depends on what you mean by this?

If you mean -

the file format is not supported, then use MediaInfo to analyse the unsupported file and post the data from the Text view so we can see if the video is the issue.
VDL does not have a vertical format preset for the project, you can set this in the project settings - set the width and height to match the video source see example below

When you import the video, if it is on its side use the Effects, View/animation, Rotation/mirror to rotate the video to the correct orientation. You may have to specify the correct dimensions when exporting.
