So I have a mono audio file loaded in Vegas Pro (Windows 10 Pro). I select the Surround Panner and as the file plays I can drag the little icon around and I can hear the sound move around the 5.1 speakers I have on my PC and hear the effect I want to get. However, I don't know what to do to go from listening to this to creating a 5.1 audio file with the results I am listening to. How do I create the 5.1 .wav file with the audio moving around the soundfield as a result of my using the Surround Panner? Am I missing something?
