I purchased the software on 12 April 19 and registered it on the website. After installation was complete, it asked for entering email id and registration code, which I did. Im getting a green check on both the boxes however when i click on activate, it shows Error code 24 and says that serial key is already registered to some other email id.

I cannot exit the registration box, it closes the program. Any suggestions ? Is there a customer support email id ?
