Hi

Did  you check the system requirements for RYVT on the Magix website?

If so you would have found that RYVT is Windows only - there is no MAC version available.

A couple of users here in the forum have tried running Magix software using Parallels, however there have been issues and I would not recommend trying it.

there used to be a magix version for Mac. I once made a purchase. Is there a possibility to get the driver for this version?

@Marthijs-Veltman

Welcome to the Magix forums.

Did you notice you had resurrected a thread which is more than five years old? Please do not do this but rather start a new thread with your question.

However, this is a user to user forum, not a contact for Magix support. I doubt very much whether any fellow-user can answer your question, especially since most users will be running Windows rather than MacOS.

I can only suggest you use the Contact button in the footer of every forum page to contact Magix direct.

dear magix,

coincidentally, I have previously asked this question to magix support via the official route. the only response I received was that my software is old with a credit code.

a credit code with which I can only buy windows supported software. That is not an answer as to whether the driver is still available. if I had received an answer to my question through the official route, I would not have had to post this post.

Kind regards,

@Marthijs-Veltman

Hi

It is unlikely that you will find specific drivers for the USB Video Capture device - you should try MAC forums to see if a generic driver will work.

This topic will be closed for the reason @emmrecs gave above ie an old topic.
