there is no clear answer to this question and i dont know the reason.i made some serious songs by magix soundpools and music software and want to publish them .i dont want to get in trouble so i need clear answer. cuase i want to publish the songs and sell.
Oh, but this has been clearly answered at least a dozen times this year alone!
If you look to the right of your posting under Categories > Music, you'll find a listing for "Legal Information". Almost every answer is there. We can't make it much easier for you.
