Hello guys.

Just bought the magix easy rescue app + the usb videowandler2 pack. Whenever I try to record a vhs tape, I can only hear the sound and the video output is always blue. I'm on Europe (Portugal) and I've tried changing the video input to all the available options (pal, ntscm, etc). Despite this, I still can't see no image from the capture software.

I'm running this on windows 8.1 enterprise. I?ve tried installing everything in another laptop with the same OS, but the results are the same: i can listen to the sound but can't see anything from the video.

oh, and I'm using the composite to scart adapter to connect the videowandler to the video player.

Any clues on what I'm missing?
