I have domain names which i really do not wish to transfer
I do have the Xara designer program and it says I and publish
to your server for a year. Do I have to transfer the domain since
I am able to forward traffic to the site iF I have the Ns Information

You do not have to transfer the domain name however many domain providers do not give you access to the A or CName records, but use redirect / forwarding, with or without masking which do reveal the true website address.

Do you mean the DNS information?
If your website is hosted by Magix then, AFAICS, you can not use DNS forwarding.
