Uploading problems to Ionos

I have read on-line that sites made using Magix either do not upload to Ionos or have problems. Is this true and if so, is there any advice to overcome any problems with this host.

Not true, I use IONOS and have no issues.

It is important to use the settings as supplied by IONOS, ensure the protocol is set to SFTP, no port is specified and the Folders option is left empty unless the site is in a subfolder of the web root.
