Upgrade to Samplitude X8: deceptive advertising?

In November this year, I decided to take up the very attractive upgrade offer from Samplitude 2023  to Samplitude X8, for the price of €29.95.
A big miscalculation! In addition to the already eight lost instruments resulting from my 2020 update, it now turned out that 19 other instruments could no longer be activated, including four that I purchased and paid for separately.

If I want to continue using these instruments, the upgrade from Samplitude 2023 to Samplitude X8 will not cost a total of €29.95, but almost 600 euros...
Magix always widely advertises all the new possibilities and features of an upgrade/ update, but never mentions what you will lose as a result. This is starting to feel like deceptive advertising and misleading the consumer.

It would be great if Magix were more open about this, and clearly stated the disadvantages of an update before you buy, but they don’t. Conclusion: as far as I'm concerned, this is the last update for my Magix software. And with that, Magix is about to lose a loyal (1998) customer 😟.

@jan99 I think it should work fine in X8 if you install and activate your instruments via the 2023 version. So please install both version of Music Studio.

Vita Instruments purchased in the Music Maker in-app-store work fine if you enable the checkbox in the Samplitude VST settings.

Dear SP. Thank you very much! Problem solved, and my criticism on Magix was unjust. Sorry guys & girls!
Initially it looked like the Samplitude2023 problem was repeating itself: in 2023 eight instruments were no longer accessible. The reason given in 2023 was that they were '3D party' instruments, only activated for earlier versions of Samplitude. I have all three up and running (2020, 2023 and X8), so it's quite easy to compare. The check you mentioned solved the problem. It's a pity that 2023 doesn't have this checkmark, so I won't get back the instruments that were lost then. But all in all: problem solved and again: many thanks!
