Purchased another year of service and tried to upgrade from 18 to 19 but fails every time. Indicated missing Visual C++ Module

Been running rev 18 for many months with no issue. Have I wasted my money on the upgrade? I can't upgrade or reinstall previously working product. Frustrated. I am running Win 11 Pro 22000.613 with all updates and no system errors.

I have a 64 bit system. these are currently installed.
