The question to answer is, "why does your installation keep crashing'?

Does you computer meet or exceed the minimum requirements?  Have you loaded all of the latest drivers for your hardware?  Are you running other programs at the same time?  Is your anti-virus software interfering?  Which operating system are you running (Windows XP, Vista, 7, etc.).

If these are not the problem, perhaps you have a faulty install.  In this case, you should uninstall then reinstall the program.
