Hi John EB. Yes I did and I got the pop-up but there is nowhere there to get the update download. There is a button to check the contents of the update and that then leads (in the bottom right hand corner of the description of the update) to the download but I am then required to pay for the update - kind oif defeats the object of having free updates for a year I think. I had a look on TrustPilot and MAGIX does not come out well!! In fact over the past 2 years the number of complaints of all kinds has grown and grown. Xara used to be such a good program when it first came out but since being taken over by Magix things appear to have gone downhill alarmingly with customer service and satisfaction. My 2 cents worth!!
