Hi
Presumably you are getting some sort of error message - what is the actual content of the message you are getting?
What is you computer specification and Windows version?
If Windows 10 was this an upgrade from 7 or 8 and was Photostory working OK before the upgrade?

DVDMAKER.DLL has detected version conflict. Please contact magic support, The program requires the DLLAV32 version 6.1.124 or higher.
I did upload Windows 10 from Windows 7.

As a first step try updating the Burn routines with the latest version available here.
If you have other issues with Photostory consider re-installing using this procedure which will also fix any issues you are unaware of with Windows 10 and then update the Burn routines.
