I have xara web designer 18 pro. Whenever I open it I get a message that there is an update. On loading it I get the message something went wrong and it reverts to the previous version.

I have spent 20 minutes going round in circles and cannot find a way to directly contact support as that is what is required. How do I get a fix or should I cut my losses and switch to another product.
