Hi I bought a copy of the MOVIE STUDIO 16 software, and when I went to register the software it worked for a couple hours, then kept telling me that my product license was registered to another account/email and contact MAGIX. it doesn't give me any other option, and I apparently can't even use it without this step, so how can I fix this issue?
