unable to navigate to page

when trying to look at designer gallery more components I keep getting error message saying there was a problem navigating to web page. It never used to do it and my update service is valid until Sept. Anyone had this probelm and fixed it. Magic support have been helpful but no resolvement as it's still happening. Have completely tried uninstalling and re-installing but still no luck.

Uninstalling/re-installing is the option of last resort and unless done correctly can make issues worse.

Thank you for your message and for the log file, appreciated. 

May I please ask you to check the Internet Options settings - under the 'Advanced' Tab, there is an option "Do not save encrypted pages to disk". Please check whether it is Enabled or Disabled.  

If it says Enabled please change it to Disabled and then try running Web Designer Premium again.

Thanks for the feedback, the Magix response is not one I have seen before. I have also asked if there is an issue with the servers as I could not connect to them with Web Designer earlier.
