Are you trying to activate the same version of Sound Forge version you previously used? For instance, 'Sound Forge Audio Studio 17' You must use the same email address you used before. Your Sound Forge activation serial code and your email address are paired. When you go to the Service Center> 'My Products> Sound Forge> Details", does it still indicate the previous activation? If so, deactivate.

I try to activate version 15 of Sound Forge again on different Pc. i have deactivate 2 pc. seriial code and email is correct when login.what can i do? can you help to clear my record so that i could register again?
Did you confirm via My Products in the Magix Service Center you have at least one activation available? This is a users forum and no here has access to customer information, You can try emailing Magix customer service at infoservice@magix.net or request an offical support ticket: https://support2.magix.com/customer/en/request
If your Sound Forge 12 license is already activated on two (2) PCs, one of the activations with need to be deactivated to re-activate SF-12 on the third PC.
Visit the MAGIX Service Center and log into your account, go to My Products > Show More Details > and Deactivate on the PC you do not want. This option can be used only once a month however.. The other option can be used as often as you wish (if you have access to the PC). In the SF 'Help' menu, select 'Deactivate the Software on this PC'. The PC must be connected to the internet to deactivate using this method.
The 'Sound Forge 365' subscription versions can only be activated on one (1) PC.
