Unable to Access the Photo catalog!

Any suggestions on how to access the photo catalog? I keep getting an error message like this:

The error message looks like you are trying to access the Internet and getting an error 500 Internal server error.

Are you using Cloud Storage, eg One Drive, Google Drive etc as your default documents location?
