I have recently installed magix mp3 deluxe mx, but can't succeed connecting to mufin.com servers. I am running windows 8.1 and have even temporarily disabled any antivirus and security softwares that could block access. I still am unable to connect. Internet works fine. What else could I try?
The service "mufin audioID" has been stopped for uncertain time.

Wouldn't it make sense then (addressing Magix developers) that this was made clear on the Magix site. I feel that Magix should try to find another service like this one, if it appears that mufin audioID does not know when the service resumes. A lot of users decided to purchase this software because of that type of tool offered in the software.
So, I would try find another provider, provide a patch with all that's required to connect to that service and update all documentation and webpages.
Just on a side-note... I just discovered another little annoyance, and that is that when you import from CD (i.e. rip CDs) then you have to stick with the file renaming conventions of the few options Magix programmed in. Even though Magix offers customised renaming, this doesn't seem to work after applying. I'm surprised that this hasn't been discovered yet, or fixed. (No reply needed, unless there's a fix I wasn't aware of, other then renaming the files after import that is).
Other than that the software is great!
