This would most likely be something that could be changed using the display settings in Windows... For XP, just right click somewhere in your desktop screen, and select "Properties".   Then, under the "Appearance" tab, you will find FONT SIZE.  Try it out.  But be warned, changing your font size can have very strange effects on your windows system, especially when it goes to relocate buttons  in strange places.

Wow.  Okay, that does answer that, huh.  Sometimes I use the Windows Magnifier... Or, since I bought my 40" LCD which I edit on from across the room, I also got Magnifying Glass Pro, which is a lot more configurable.  I know it doesn't substitute for increased font size, but MEP may be the way many other programs are, if you change the font size, it screws up the whole program.  I dunno.  Just an idea.
