Hi

Download and install MediaInfo and do an analysis on one of the SnapChat video files.

In the Tree view of MediaInfo, video section if you see this line

Frame rate Mode: Variable

then it is a very common issue - many video editors expect Constant frame rate (CFR) video and do not handle Variable frame rate (VFR) video correctly.

Additionally if you see this line

Format settings, GOP                     : M= x, N=y

where x and y are numbers, if y is greater than 60 this may cause additional issues.

You can try running the video through a video converter eg Handbrake to get a CFR video to import into Photostory, however this may not fix the issue.
