Ferd,

First thought is that, having completed your first burn, you have rendered versions (before your additions) that can be re-used to save time if 'Smart Rendering' is selected in the MPEG Encoder setting window. This can be the case in Movie Edit Pro. IIRC you can either make sure this option is not selected or change the project name and re-save before doing your second burn.
