Trouble opening, it's freezing.

Trouble starting Photo and Graphic Designer (17). PGD comes to the logo and just hangs forever. Then it hangs on the start-up tips. I clicked the update...and update starts then hangs up too.

I've updated Windows. Uninstalled and reinstalled the product. Nothing is working. Running it on Windows computer with:
- Windows 10 Home, 64-Bit
- Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10510U CPU @ 1.80GHz
- 16193 MB RAM

This is a screen shot of the freeze.

I deleted the program. Reinstalled. It got to the main screen with the following error Technical 4641. Still opened up. The program asked to be updated. Went through update. Now it's freezing with all white screen.

@Michele-Lessirard

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

Because of the nature of the problems you are experiencing I think you need to create a Support ticket, via this page. You will almost certainly be asked to download and run the Magix SysCheck utility. Once it has completed, all the data is uploaded to Magix to allow the technical support personnel to analyse what is happening and to give you advice on anything on your computer which needs correction or updating in order to be able to successfully install and run the app.

Hi

. . . . error Technical 4641 . . . .

This usually means a file/document the program is trying to access is not available.

Check you Antivirus program is not blocking the program or has quarantined files that belong to the program - if there are quarantined files, depending on which AV you have, they need authorising/ releasing from quarantine, and you may have to add the program to the Ransomware/Folder protection feature exceptions list.

Thank you. I opened up a support ticket this morning. I turned off AV.... and tried. Still slow or freezes.
