I keep getting a network error when downloading the Discharge soundpool, and these failed downloads count toward my download limit. I currently have one download left. Can anyone help me?

Since you mention something about the download limit, I assume this is about downloading the soundpools from Producer Planet. You might want to try with a different browser, or with a (plug-in) download manager for your browser, such as these:

http://www.downthemall.net/
You could also consider downloading via a different Internet connection, e.g. at a friend's house, and bringing over the file on a portable medium. If you're not getting on, and especially if you really bump into the download limit, please get in touch with MAGIX customer service:
