transition from catooh to producer planet I lost everything

I bought a lot of stuff from Catooh ! Then they changed from Catooh to Producer Planet, and they deleted everything from my account like I never bought all the royalty free sounds and loops - they just left some cheap midi s there - how do I get back what's rightfully mine? since I paid for it?

@Edward-Johnston I think you got a warning on Catooh stating that you only have a limited time (14 days if I remember it correctly) to download the files and that you have to back them up yourself after the download period was over.

The easy way for you is to get a Loops Unlimited subscription. This will give you access to nearly all Loops that Magix published since about 2004. But you cannot use these loops commercially. You'll need a commercial license for each Soundpool you use in your song.

Thank you, so the answer is "we told you so" hahaha it's ok lol I'm not that upset, but you know people get hundreds of e-mails, change e-mail addresses ... I must admit you're funny and you have a lot of guts to do it. Either you have good lawyers - either you just didn't care lol Respect :-)

@Edward-Johnston

Please be aware these are user to user forums, no one who posts here is a Magix employee so we have nothing whatsoever to do with any policy decision etc., which Magix (the company) make take.
