Track marker has stopped moving when the program is in the play mode and export function has failed. How do I repair?

Hi,

The best and easy way first un install the software then RE-INSTALL. During re installing or later while playing it is good not to use any other softtware or email, messenger etc.

It would be better if you would have proived Music Maker version and name of OS, XP, Vista or 7.
