can i make a midi just by singing into the Music Maker program like Sing And See program that can capture which note you are singing which pitch

If the Sing and See program records vocals as a MIDI file then you can save the MIDI file and open it in MAGIX.

There is nothing to indicate that Sing and See can record your vocals as a MIDI file. That would totally defeat the purpose of the software. It can record your vocals as an audio file for later analysis and reference.
