Hi

Assuming the images show in the Preview Monitor when played, then it is likely the view has been scrolled to the right where the images disappear off screen to the left, or has been scrolled down so the track(s) with the images are on is no longer in view - in either case -

I created a slideshow with Photo Story Deluxe (Ver. 20.0.1.62) and the photo's appear at the bottom in the Story Board mode, but there are no photo's showing when I switch to Timeline mode. How do I get the photo's to show in Timeline mode?
Attached are pictures of both the Timeline Mode (no photo's) and Storyboard Mode (with photo's).
Please help.

Hi

Looking at the first image it appears you are not zoomed in enough to see the individual photos as shown below.

Please take screenshots using the Print screen (PrtScn) button on your keyboard and paste into an image editing program, you should have Paint installed on your computer if you do not use another image editor program, crop the image if necessary.

Is the Hardware acceleration option, shown in the dialog below, on or off

If it is on, try turning on off.

Yes, there are all of the photo's in the Storyboard mode. This is why I am confused. No photo's in the Timeline Mode, but all of them in the Storyboard Mode.

In the last image you posted, the visible timeline is about about 29 mins long.

Assuming the images are the default length of 7 secs with 1 second transitions then there are approximately 300 to 340 images in that part of the timeline you can see.

There is no way you can see that many images in that short space. You need to zoom in as I showed in the video clip above to see individual images - in the image below you can only see 1 min 20 secs of the actual timeline.

You can then use the bottom slider bar, indicated in the image below, to move through the timeline.

Hi,

Look at what John EB showed you. You have so many photos on the timeline that each one cannot be seen unless you really make the bottom scroll bar small.

You say that you zoomed in. Zoomed in how and on what?

See this:

I suggest that you start a test project to learn with. Put a half dozen photos in Storyboard. Switch to timeline. Are they there? All 6 should fill the timeline. Look at how long the project is - about 1 minute. If you had put 2000 photos, they would all show up but you would just see the same bunch of lines that you show because PhotoStory optimizes the timeline to try to show all objects at the same time. The timeline would be trying to show a couple of hours all piled into a small space. So, you have stretch the timeline out to be able to see individual photos. Then you scroll horizontally to the right to see farther along the timeline.

Play with the length of the bottom horizontal scroll bar and you'll see what I mean.
