There is no audio just video when I play back files that where saved *.mp4 from my att&t TILT.

I'm not familiar with that phone. Can you give me an idea as to the audio codec that is being used in those MP4 files? Is it AAC sound, AC3, AMR or possibly even something else? This free codec analyzer might help you gain clarity:

Also, what version of Movie Edit Pro in particular are you using? Has the MPEG-4 codec been activated?
