Text outline

My text is difficult to read on an image background. I should like to put outline on the text. Is it possible? Another sollution would be to use automatic text-colour, contrasting, alterable on the background. .

You can add a drop shadow or 3D effect to the text by clicking the Options button indicated below after you have highlighted to text.

Note the above and the other text options to the left of the Options button on the toolbar are explained in the PDF manual on page 56
