Text is not coded as text and everything seems to be a background

Hi

Website that I have created last year using xara web designer premium 17 replacing my old website also created in older versions of xara web designer few years ago.

It lost it's position in google and I didn't have time to look into it really but when I open it in developer mode in google it looks like everything is just a background website address is www.spotlesscleaning.ie

I'm not HTML savy person and I'm not sure why xara didn't generate code as it used to before

I was using xara web designer since 2011 and I never had this type of problem before

Another thing is that whatever change I make on existing website it loads up with scrambled elements it never happened before either.

Hi

I have looked at your site using Chrome, Opera and Edge and can see nothing obviously wrong with it.

Which browser(s) are you using and is it/they on a mobile device or computer?

Which elements are scrambled?

Note:

  1. If the browser is Safari then it does have issues display some sites correctly.
     
  2. If the browser, or your ISP, has cached some of the old site then you may be getting elements from both, try forcing the browser to reload the site by pressing F5 several times.

Did you look at the code in developer mode?

It looks like all that is there is a background

I reversed all changed and everything is looking ok at the moment but everytime I was trying to change anything all structure was falling apart

Can you post a screenshot of what you are seeing - as I said previously there is nothing wrong with the site.

Which web browser are you using?

I couldn't get me pages indexed like it was before, I know that google suspended indexing in december 2020 but even before only index page was getting indexed

I was trying different options and even this indexed page is not indexed anymore

Hi

Did you change the template used for you site to give it a new fresh look?

AFAICS:

Console messages - these appear to relate to Facebook and suggest the plugin is referencing a deprecated Facebook feature.

Indexing issue - as Google have suspended requests for indexing of a site for changes, this could be a result of whatever changes they have/are making. The time interval between crawls may now vary up to several weeks between crawls.

Text rules - these look like standard font-family download locations for browsers to get the correct font families specified.

Import fonts - these URLs are only specifying the font families to be imported - however they do refer to specific Indian fonts. Arial (or a browser designated substitute) is a standard font and does not have to be imported/downloaded unlike some Google fonts.

Canonical markup - these are to tell bots which version of a page they should index and rank, they will use these where available, however if not present the bot will crawl the site and decide for itself which pages to index/rank.

Bot text reading - apart from page title and keywords in the header the bot will decide what text it reads/uses, starting with the page header.

Do you have a robots.txt file in the root of you website - if so what does it contain?

How could I modify website in order for google to see more of my pages cause wherever I go, it sees index page or rarely contact page?

Is there number of key words in a header would be an important factor or would it be rather a need of reconstructing structure of a website?

Check if the plug-in has been updated - this is a problem that arises quite often with the likes of Youtube, Vimeo etc when they change their login requirements or the interface routines for connecting to them..

Keywords are essential - the optimum is 5 - 8 keywords in the header of each page, and they should reflect the content of that page. There is no maximum number of keywords, however 'keyword stuffing' can make the bot reduce the ranking the site receives.

Do bear in mind that the ranking the site receives will influenced among other things by the number of searches for you particular business service, location etc - see this Google article it may help.
