As @CubeAce has commented Keplar devices are not usable with Video Pro X versions released since 2015 when Nvidia removed the NVCUVENC video encoder from their drivers in 2014, in favour of the newer Nvidia NVENC encoder used on more modern Nvidia devices ie, Turing and later versions.
Thank you both , I was wondering because I am seeing people edit there bios an convert them to gaming gpus since some have alot of memory on them. I have a gtx 1070 , 8 gigs of ram I plan on upgrading and ryzen 2700 x I plan to upgrade to 3800x . Getting into video editing for short commercial style vids and hopefully short film one day.
