Quite possibly the worst support of any company i have ever had to deal with - i can't complete my purchase (Movie Studio 16) online for some reason and there is no where on the site i can contact someone. There is no chat, no phone number, no email. This is the only thing i could find. It's like Magix doesn't want new business. I do want the product, however, apparently Magix doesn't want me to have it. Stupidity at a galactic level
