syncing audio and video

I have quicktime movie that the audio is faster than the video when a singer is singing. How can I get the audio to match the lips of the singer ?

If your video and audio are out of sync in the edit mode (before you export) you may need to reset your keyframes. Right click on the video line (not audio) in the storyboard view. At the very top of the menu there is the keyframe setting choice. Choose that and sit back....this will take awhile.
