Are you having a repeated issues which requires the program to be re-installed many times?

If so the issue needs sorting, other than a failure of the hard drive or corruption of the installation re-installing frequently should not be necessary.

What is the full error message - a screenshot would help?

What is the version number and/or full name of the program?
