I just purchased a monthly subscription for "UNLIMITED ACCESS" to Soundpools. Every time I select a product, I can't find a way to download content without purchasing that soundpool. How do I get my free soundpools?
@Christopher-Zachar A Loops Unlimited subscription? Try opening the program settings and click on the button to clean the store to delete the old cache. Then log back into your user account and wait a minute or two, so that your account can synchronize with the servers.
@SP. Thanks for the reply. Much appreciated. I'm using ACID Pro 11 Suite, and purchased the subscription from Producer Planet (a direct link in ACID under Help). I paid $19.95 for a month's subscription. It's been almost an hour since purchase. Used "incognito" tab, logged in. Went to a Soundpool I want, no option like "included with subscription". Only option is to purchase.
@Christopher-Zachar You need to download the free version of Music Maker from Magix.com to be able to use Loops Unlimited. You can download the loops there, combine them and export them as WAV to be loaded into ACID. If you don't want to do this, I would suggest you contact sales support at infoservice@magix.net and ask them for a refund.
