I've just been updating my renewal service and upgrading Web Designer to v19. All went well until my credit card payment of $39.99 was being processed. The words 'Unexpected exception' came up, and the three black lines that indicate 'something happening' just keep going - for over 15 minutes now. The page warns me not to press the back button or reload the page. What do I do? I've been looking for ways to contact the company, but can't find a contact email. Thanks.
