I get as far as the box to register with number ( Web Builder Premium ). At this point the entire set of numbers does not go in, it's like the box is smaller than it looks. I downloaded the software and followed all the directions. I am at a loss, support is not doing much good.

Magix does not have a product called this - do you mean Xara Web Designer Prremium?

This is the dialog (box) you should be seeing to enter the registration number into for online registration/activation
If not can you post a screen shot of the dialog you are trying to enter the serial number in.

Yes that is what I have, was quite late when I typed, sorry. I get as far as that dialog box and I can put in the first 4 numbers and that is all. I ran tests on computer and on the key-board and nothing is wrong there. Appreciate all help. I am retired ER Doctor, can save your life but this has got me doubting my sanity.

Try the following - when the dialog is displayed use the Backspace key to ensure that you are at the beginning of the entry box and the enter the serial number.
