Sound Forge 17

I have noticed and read through the message board that others are having problems with VSTs from 3rd parties. Has anyone been able to figure out a workaround for VST3s like WAVES Bundle to play nice?? After adding the folder to be scanned, it scans it fine.... Then it says the plugin can harm the computer???? This really sucks for one computer user at our radio station that likes to use SoundForge. Waves works great with my ProTools and Audition so I wonder why SoundForge thinks it is harmful??

@R-Barkley I recommend you use a plugin chainer. Try the following: Plogue Bidule, DDMF Metaplugin, New Sonic Arts Freestyle, Blue Cat Audio Patchwork. Try loading the chainer first, then load the Waves plugins inside the chainer. This way you circumvent the VST interface of Sound Forge.

I'm not sure about the warning message. Do you have a screenshot. Sadly, Waves plugins are only compatible with apps listed on their website. Everything else can be hit or miss.
