Sound but no image

Hi,

I've installed Magix Video Saver but when I try to transfer my videotapes to my computer I only get sound and no image. I've tried installing the latest updates but still no success.

System:

AMD Turino 64 X2 Mobile
ATI Radeon X1250
Windows XP Professional

VCR:

Samsung SV-2302X

I've also tried updating the drivers for the grafics card but still no luck. I've also tried installing the program on another machine (Intel i3 system) but without success.

 

Have you got any ideas what the problem might be?

Hi

How are you connecting the video to the computer - are you using the Magix USB converter device?

If the USB device have you updated the drivers for it?  They are available here - you will have to login with the account your created when you registered the software.

Hi

You login in to the link I provided earlier and select the option indicated by the arrow in the image below and Apply it.

From the list - indicated by red square - select the appropriate driver for the USB device you have, go through the various dialogs and download.

Extract the driver installer from the zip file then run it.
