Sometimes the audio on my Samplitude 15 recording dissappears for a few beats and then reappears.

I'm pretty sure that it's a buffer problem. But therefor we'd need more information...

Which driver is selected? What are your hardware specs (GhZ / RAM)? Do you have changed something in the monitoring or latency options?
