I am trying to up load my site by the provider has removed it see attached, my question is why has this not been delt with within the software as i paid good money for the Xara Web Designer Premium (18) or is this just another scam to get me to upgread my softwear. if so i will dump this software and make people aware it is a scam to hold you to ransom once you have purchased the product. please let me know how this can be fixed so i can get my site up loaded.

First, in accordance with the Community rules, please do not use potentially offensive language in your posts. Your first post here has been edited to remove this.
Second, since your website host is clearly BlueHost, why do you seem to think this problem is created by Magix/Xara? The error message you posted suggests that the problem of the invisibility of your site is caused by out of date software on the host server. If so, only the host company can rectify this. You need to ask BlueHost why you are seeing this message.
Also, especially since this problem is not being caused by XWDP, there is absolutely no point in making threats to expose what you consider a scam. As I wrote above, these are user to user forums so not a contact for any Magix staff.
